User Testing
We carried out user testing as often as possible.
We ran several moderated user testing sessionos, but also ad-hoc, in store visits allowed us to interact with potential users and gather ideas
Prototyping
Axure, Flinto and Invision prototypes were created as needed to better understand behaviours or to support user testing sessions
Just enough documentation
In an Agile context minimum documentation is paramount. However, comprehensive documentation was created to support handover to Vodafone’s design team and communication with stakeholders
Annotated Scenarios
Specific scenarios were documented to ensure an efficient communication between the local team and remote stakeholders
User flows
User flows proved to be a very effective method of communicating with various stakeholders but especially with developers
Content scenarios
Understanding how the app will behave depending on various users’actions.
Wireframing
Supporting the visual designers with relevant mock-ups and wireframes, to better communicate the results of our findings
